Shipping & Returns

To ensure that you have the best experience possible here are  important things to know about our shipping and return practices.  

 

Shipping and Delivery

Please allow 14-20 days for your order to arrive after processing. Due to COVID-19 delays your order may take longer. You  should receive an E-mail confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped so please double check that you are providing us with the proper E-mail and address.

Items Shipping Separately

Full transparency! For some of our products we use a production partner to help produce and ship our items. This helps us keep what we're doing sustainable and flowing. Due to that, multiple items ordered in one shipment may arrive in separate boxes.  For example our mugs arrive securely packed in custom shaped boxes. Proper packaging helps to ensure their quality and safe arrival. We offer free shipping on many items to make this easier for you! 

 

Delivery and Tracking 

If your order is returned to us or shipped to an undeliverable address you will be responsible for paying shipping costs upon re-shipping or returning. We will not issue refunds for these items so please double check that you are providing us the correct address.

 

Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items

 We want to ensure the health and safety of everyone! In order to keep everyone safe we have decided that Due to COVID-19 we will not accept returns. 

If your product comes damaged or is an incorrect item we will issue a refund when you provide adequate clear photo proof of the damaged or incorrect item.
